It’s my favourite lunch place. It has so much variety They have a place where you can get hot sandwiches or wraps, a soho place with many different soho types, a salad bar, a place where they can make you fresh past right in front of you and a buffet style bar where you pay per 100 grams. They have so so many choices that there’s something for everyone to everyone’s likings. I usually go to the buffet and salad bar and get a bit of everything that I liked. But be careful cause some of the heavier items will cost you. The picture is of items I got today totalling 15.70. It included a bit of everything, oven roasted potatoes, chicken, salad bar items, potato egg salad, pierogi, etc.
Since moving to Calgary and working nearby this has been my go-to lunch time spot! The pasta is delicious, big portions. I've become addicted to the donairs, if you're in a rush at lunch these guys push through a line fast. Been surprised at the variety and quality of the buffet, didn't expect that from a quick serve place, restaurant quality. I don't typically leave reviews but after arriving near closing for a donair the guys were more than happy to make one for me as they cleaned, we had a good chat and laugh as the staff was enjoying themself, that was fantastic to see. Very clean, bright atmosphere as well. It gets crowded and busy fast at lunch but most lines move fast. Merci Beaucoup!!
A wonderful place full of tasty foods that has exceptional service for the stressed downtown tower workers. Freshly made foods to your liking either a quick turnaround. My go to is the sandwiches, buffet and pasta.
This place has me in a chokehold! I love their lunch options at the hot and salad bar. I go there almost everyday after my workout and they always have plenty protein options as well as DIY Salads. Their overnight oat and chia parfaits are also my go to for a quick snack. Love this place and will continue to spend my money here. In fact, I’m enjoying their mango and matcha parfait right now :)

Their salad bar offered a variety of options, and I was able to create a customized salad with my favorite ingredients. The quality of the vegetables was top-notch.
